PROPOSAL

After carefully reviewing the inquiry and in-home consultation notes, SMI will deliver a formal proposal which will include pricing and next steps.

ORDERING

Once everything is approved, SMI will begin the ordering process while keeping the client up to date on the timelines on all aspects of the project.

CONSULTATION

A designer will make a visit to the clients home to discuss your inquiry and to learn more about the dreams for the space. This is a great time for SMI to see the space in person before drafting a proposal

PLANNING

The next step in the process involves the designers getting to work on presenting the client with selections as well as finalizing drawings and purchase orders.

INSTALLATION

Finally, it's time to tie the project up with a bow. SMI will coordinate delivery and installation of all moving parts and the clients home will be ready for the big reveal.
