That was the goal for this Minnetonka remodel, where we had the opportunity to reimagine a hardworking mudroom and bathroom with bold, nautical-inspired flair and highly functional design.

The mudroom is often the unsung hero of a home, but we believe it deserves just as much love as any main living space. Here, we made a statement with deep navy built-ins that stretch to the ceiling, offering plenty of concealed storage with natural woven baskets and hooks for grab-and-go ease.

Brushed brass light fixtures add warmth and a soft glow, complementing the saturated cabinetry beautifully. Every detail—down to the crisp trim lines and soft-close drawers—was selected to create a balance of utility and polish.

A Bathroom That Brings the Fun

Down the hall, we brought a playful nod to the lake-loving lifestyle with starburst-patterned tile in shades of navy and cream—instantly giving the bathroom personality without overwhelming the space. Floating shelves in warm oak tones and minimalist brass hardware round out the look with just the right amount of warmth.
